Building a Legacy of Youth Empowerment

The Moon Holding Group is a group of businesses founded by Innocent Muzahura Ndiramiye, a young Rwandan entrepreneur passionate about supporting youth and creating job opportunities.

Inspired by the Government of Rwanda's call for young people to create projects that generate employment, Innocent officially launched The Moon Cake Ltd in April 2023. This bakery was created with the goal of providing jobs and empowering youth through food production.

In October 2024, the group expanded by opening The Moon Coffee Shop, a welcoming space that combines business with a mission to support youth and reduce unemployment.

In May 2025, to further grow the company, Innocent partnered with his cousin Donatien Rutikanga. That is when we started hospitality business and farms, where presently, we have apartments in Gisenyi and Kigali; integrated livestock farm of cows, rabbits, and fish ponds.

Today, The Moon Holding Group operates in several sectors, including food production, hospitality, agriculture, livestock and tourism. Our purpose is to strengthen communities by creating jobs, developing youth skills, and building businesses that promote long-term economic growth.
